THE COMPANY: Our client, established over 30 years ago, is one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers of specialist medical capital equipment. Their products are found in hospitals all over the world and they have a great reputation in the Irish market for quality products and service. A well-established and esteemed brand, they are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover the Republic of Ireland, who has a passion for the industry.

THE ROLE: You will be joining the sales team for this company, selling their full range of specialist capital equipment and consumables into hospitals, both public and private. You will interact with a variety of decision makers including Consultants, Nursing Managers, Purchasing within the Respiratory, Neonatal and Anaesthesia departments. This role will be covering the Republic, but majority of your time will be spent in Dublin/Galway/Cork. You will inherit a portfolio of accounts to manage but will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. Full training will be provided to the successful Key Account Manager.

THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with people with industry experience, with a knowledge of the HSE. You will ideally come from a medical device background with experience selling into hospitals. Experience selling medical capital equipment or consumables into the hospital environment is also desirable. You will be organized, driven with a good sales approach. Communication and empathy are a huge part of the role so you must be skilled in both.

THE PACKAGE:

* Basic Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)
* OTE: €15,000 + (uncapped)
* Fully expensed company car
* Laptop, Mobile, 20 Days Holidays, Pension, Healthcare

LOCATION: Commutable distance to Dublin
