The client is a leading construction-based advertising company with a global audience of more than 25 million. This role is based in Hong Kong and close proximity, and comes with a generous overseas relocation package; this is inclusive of free accommodation, flights and world class in-house training conducted by the industry's elite.

The client is looking for the most talented telesales executives who will have a commitment and desire to close business and possess passion in abundance to serve within an already well- established successful team.
The OTE for this telesales role is an achievable; £75,000-£95,000 first year, with uncapped commissions. Telesales Executives who exceed targets can expect to in the region of £120,000.
* Calling and converting leads into business
* Achieving personal targets through the sale of display advertising and classified space within our print and media publication.
* Generating, Growing Business accounts.
* Development and account management daily to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Engaging and communicating with high-level industry leaders and decision makers.
* Meet and exceed the KPI's set.
Requirements for the role:
* 2 Years experience in direct sales
* Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
* Confident with the ability to communicate with industry leaders and decision makers at all levels.
* Able to help the team achieve their targets by utilising the highest standards of product, market, and customer knowledge.
* Proactive in your approach and demonstrated success within a team.
* A person with the will to win and succeed.
* World-class sales training, mentoring and ongoing development.
* Competitive and commission driven remuneration, uncapped, with uncapped earnings
