What You'll Do
- You exceed all targets for revenue through a close/conversion rate
- You are able to overcome any objection and don’t like the word “no”
- You are energetic and hungry for the opportunity to talk to everyone about the benefits of Wayfair services
- You listen to our customers and explore our products to upsell/cross-sell to your customers to make buying decisions
- You can simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies
- You efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call centre/retail environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficient English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong time management skills, with a history of regular and reliable attendance
- You thrive in a selling environment, leveraging your engaging personality to confidently promote product solutions and influence customers to buy from Wayfair
