We are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for our client in Co Cavan. We are seeking candidates with fluent written and spoken French language skills.
You will be responsible for delivering a high level Customer Service to a portfolio of International Customers.
We are seeking candidates who have experience handling multiple clients and have very good customer relation skills. The ability to communicate confidently with all areas of an organisation (Production, Post Production, Despatch, Engineering etc.).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management & be comfortable with working in a fast paced & often pressurised environment.
Duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of International Key Account customers
* Proactively looking after their day to day needs.
* Daily activities include preparing :
* Sales Quotation preparation
* Sales Order Processing
* Coordination of Customer Shipments
* Customer Invoicing
* Daily Co-ordination with Sales, Production, Accounts & Dispatch
* Customer Complaints Handling
* Maintaining Customer Data in various in house & Customer systems
Skills and Experience:
* Ideally 1-2 years in a customer services role, with experience of effectively managing the demands of key account customers.
* Very good Communication skills, verbal and presentational
* Written & spoken fluency in French language is essential.
* Qualified to Leaving Cert level
* The role demands a good degree of IT proficiency ideally demonstrated by an ECDL qualification or similar.
* Ideally 1-3 years’ operating in a Business to Business Customer Services Role, preferably in an exporting capacity.
* Ability to use Excel for reporting & analysis purposes
