Marketing Manager: UK & Ireland (Consumer Goods)
Responsibilities : Marketing Manager
* Manage Global /Irish and UK Brand Strategies, continually developing recommendations that improve brand positioning & identity
* Work with local marketing team and distributors to manage the rollout and implementation of brand positioning
* Ensure Brand Consistency - including advertising and all other internal and external communications
* Creating a strong working relationship with Product Development Teams, providing consumer insights and sharing marketing plans
* Manage the Launch Plans for successful roll out of New Products monitoring performance and tracking sales activities
* Manage Marketing Budget to optimise company marketing spend
* Working closely with digital marketing colleagues and managed Projects including; consumer insight research, analysing in-market performance data and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that maximise company growth
* Managing the tracking of Marketing Performance and identify opportunities for growth and reporting results to the business
Requirements : Marketing Manager: Consumer Goods
* Marketing Manager with 3-5 yrs. 360 marketing management experience TV, Print and Advertising
* Ideally Experienced in Trade Marketing and dealing with retailers
* Agency management and Project management experience strong Commercial/sales capabilities
* Proven track record managing and motivating team
