Bluestone Sales & Distribution are based in Trim, Co. Meath and supply market leading brands, Brita, Kitchen Devil, Severin, Breville, PackMate, Décor, E-Cloth and Leifheit products to all major retailers throughout Ireland.  We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to handle sales to the Spar BWG group countrywide. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current customers within the group as well as developing new business with additional stores.

The ideal candidates need to be capable of building strong relationships with strategic customers, an ability to identify their needs and requirements and to promote our company’s branded products to sustain and grow business in order to achieve long term success.

Responsibilities

·         Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Spar Stores.

·         Acquire a thorough understanding of the groups needs and requirements.

·         Expand the relationships with existing customers through promotional activity in order to grow business.

·         Ensure the correct product portfolio is presented to the group.

·         Serve as the link of communication between the stores and the Sales Director.

·         Resolve any issues and problems faced by stores and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

·         Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

·         Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.

Requirements

·         Proven experience as Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years FMCG selling experience.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

·         Excellent organizational skills and a strong commercial acumen.

·         Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is a strong team player, used to high a level of both individual and collective accountability.

·         Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
