Nordic Account Manager
€45k - 55k base, €75k - €85k OTE uncapped + benefits
This leading SaaS Multinational’s EMEA HQ, based in the heart Dublin city centre, are seeking a client focused, engaging Account Manager to join thriving sales hub here in Dublin. With business in more demand than ever they are looking for only the best talent out there to be part of their future success story!!
You will be responsible for nurturing and strategically growing a portfolio of existing customers across the Nordic market. No cold calling, just strong relationship building, communication and growth sales skills required!
- Retain and generate new revenue from the existing customer base covering the Nordic markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
- Identify add-on and cross-sell opportunities by building strong relationships with your assigned accounts
- Manage a list of top accounts for optimal high-value conversion.
- Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Min 2+ years’ inside sales / account management / renewals experience within an IT B2B sales environment.
- Fluency in ONE OR More of the Nordic languages
- Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level
- Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com contact management
