Part of a larger group, our client is one of the world’s largest Caterpillar suppliers of construction, earth moving and power systems equipment. They are now looking for an Inbound Sales Co-ordinator to join their Sales & Marketing division based in South Dublin.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a parts advisor with sales support experience and a strong customer focus to make their mark with a successful company. As an Inbound Sales Co-ordinator, you will support customers through the parts buying process ensuring they have an outstanding experience every time.
 
Working online and via the telephone, you’ll handle calls in a professional manner, interpret customers’ requirements and ensure order are dispatched in an efficient, timely manner.
 
Positive and focused, you’ll be an advocate for e-business and utilise opportunities to increase online sales whilst continually maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
 
Additionally, your duties will involve:
 
- Utilising advertising and promotional materials to promote and raise awareness of the company
- Preparing quotes including prices and delivery costs
- Updating customers with the progress of their orders
 
To be considered, you will need:
 
- Relevant experience in a similar parts advisory or sales support role
- Experience in handling high volume calls in a professional customer focused manner
 
Adaptable and flexible, as an Inbound Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll have great communication skills and a strong customer focus. The ability to work to tight deadlines and targets is also key.
