An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputable business within the construction industry. Due to growth, our client is looking for an area specification sales manager to join their team where full training will be provided along with a very favorable financial package.
THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER:
• Up to €50,000-60,000 Basic Salary
• OTE yr1 €16k, yr2 €25k
• Car Allowance

THE ROLE: As an Area Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-end building materials. 85% of the role will be focused on new business and developing lasting relationships. This will be achieved through CPD’s and meetings with architects and designers. Your role as Area Specification Sales Manager will also include account management where you will be expected to grow the account spend.
THE PERSON: In order to be considered for the role of Area Specification Sales Manager, you must have prior experience of selling to building architects and designers. You must also be comfortable with conducting 2/3 CPD’s per week. Experience dealing with premium house builders and heritage restorers would be very advantageous. To fit in with the brand and company culture, you will be a self-starter and able to work independently. Full product and market training are on offer. Ideally, you will have sold cladding, roofing, flooring or any aligned product.
