THE COMPANY: Established some decades ago, this indigenous Irish provider of construction plant machinery for the national and international market are seeking a Sales Executive for the Leinster area. Working with some of industry leading brands such as Terex, Simex and John Deere industrial engines, this company are well established within Ireland climbing to market leading status and remaining firmly at the forefront of their industry. Aggressively expanding, with existing headcount increasing they are showing no signs of slowing down. Turnover resting in the millions, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to develop and grow their career with a generous package!
THE ROLE: You will join the New Machinery sales team here in Ireland, selling their full range of capital equipment to the construction industry, covering the Leinster region. These products include excavators, compressors, diggers etc. You will be selling to the main contractors, dealing with decision makers at site-level. You will inherit a portfolio of accounts whilst being responsible for identifying new business opportunities throughout Ireland. You will have a lot of autonomy in the role and will be responsible for scheduling your own meetings and oversee your own diary.
THE PERSON: To be considered from the role, you will ideally come from a Capital Equipment sales background. Experience selling products such as excavators, diggers, dumpers, compressors, screeners, crushers, pneumatics, hydraulics etc are a distinct advantage. You will also have the ability to go on-site and evaluate equipment if needs be. We are looking to speak with candidates who have strong commercial acumen, be target-driven and eager to succeed.
THE PACKAGE:
* €40,000 - €50,000 Base Salary
* €15,000+ OTE
* Fully Expensed Company Car
