Our client a UK Based company are seeking to recruit a experienced Lead Generation/Telesales Executive (Home base)

Lead Generation/Telesales Executive: Based from home and provided with all the necessary tools you will perform Business Development through proactive lead generation and Telesales throughout Ireland

* Develop Lead Generation/telesales strategies to source potential prospects and companies via email, phone and social channels.
* Responsible for researching new and potential customers, identifying the correct individuals to speak with in each organization and setting up an initial call
* Locate, develop and generate sales opportunities throughout Ireland, Recording all potential company information
* Become a product expert, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product, and industry trends.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and opportunity quotas
* Understand customer requirements and align products and/or service solutions accordingly.
* Responsible for growing the customer base within Ireland

Requirements:

* Ability to work from you, 2 -3 years’ experience in outbound lead generation/telesales
* The ability to work successfully in a target based environment
* Driven by your own results You’ll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people
* You’ll be driven by great earning potential.
* Ability the build relationships with internal stakeholders
* A self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team
