Emerald Utility Solutions is looking for new energetic colleague to join our team. You will be generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Team through cold calls and verifying contact information of leads. Main Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls.Record in CRM any contact information received.Identification and development of new sales opportunities within assigned territory.Identify the client's needs and carry out an accurate, detailed fact find with each client.Develop, execute, and manage digital outreach across all channels.
Skills & Experience Required:Must have at least 1 years telesales/customer service experience.Native or fluent English applicants only.Energetic, computer and business savvy individual.Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)You will be able to generate leads through a variety sourcesUnderstand how to qualify a prospect.Consistently deliver a high level of service, attaining customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.Be willing to be trained and follow instructions.Have a good work ethic
Salary 22-27K (Depending on experience)+ commission package with 45.000 OTE
