Field Sales Representative-
Sales Job- This Sales Representative position, for the Residential Hardware Division of a market leading architectural firm based in West Dublin, will have primary responsibility for the specification and sales of Residential Hardware ranges to both existing and new customers. This role will focus on the residential housing and apartment market in the Leinster region. Primarily calling on residential housing sites, contractors offices, joinery manufacturers and architects to promote and sell a range of products.
Working as part of both a regional and national team, this role will capitalize on the growing levels of house and apartment construction projects, covering from small (one off house developments, large housing developments and apartment developments. As this role grows in market presence it will open up opportunities for career advancement
Responsibilities
· Call on Residential Contractors & Architects
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Agree monthly and yearly revenue and order intake targets and achieve same through existing and new customers.
· To take ownership for the specification and sales of your products in your region and customer base.
· Prospect for potential new customer through cold calls to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities which will lead to increase sales
· Complete weekly/monthly paperwork.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Competencies
· 2-3 Years field /door to door sales experience
- Strong Sales Skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to assimilate to new product information
· Basic knowledge of ironmongery/door furniture desirable but not essential
· Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
· Excellent problem solving skills and can be assertive when required
