Sales Support Executive – Entry Level Opportunity

As a Sales Support Executive, you will join our client’s Sales Team and manage a specific array of accounts, providing a single point of contact for each customer and maximising product sales. 

Focusing on medico-legal customers, you’ll handle sales and marketing calls and will develop extensive knowledge of the products and services on offer in order to provide information to accounts. 

You’ll provide sales support in the form of quotations, follow-ups for orders and deliveries and the maintenance of key customer information and will complete a variety of reporting and analysis tasks. 

Additionally, you will act as the point of contact for logistics and finance to ensure customer stock and account management is up to date. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- At least five secondary education certificates (or equivalent) 
- A good level of IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills 

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll also need excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills alongside an organization approach and the ability to work well as part of a team. Strong business acumen will be key, as will a flexible approach to working hours.
