You will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of inside sales representatives, covering the Southern Europe territory, using your solid coaching and leadership skills to ensure your team delivers against business targets.

Ideal candidates must:

• Have min. 2 years experience managing an inside sales team in Tech
• 3-5 yrs Background in SaaS / Software / IT sales is a must
• Experience of working in a startup style / new business acquisition role a bonus
• Fluent in English and German is a must:
