Our very successful client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Shannon, Co Clare. I am looking for a strong people manager with proven ability to join this excellent company. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Technical Sales Engineers both in Ireland and in the US. You will lead the sales capability for the business and this team.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the day to day activities of the Technical Sales Department
* Set goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance and meet sales targets
* Generate reports for the Senior Leadership Team
* Review all proposals and costing
* Manage the handover process using the OSD to design
* Manage the handover process after PO
* Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop and performance manage staff
* Develop and grow the team into a high-performance outfit.
* Maintain & Develop lasting partnerships with customers
* Collaborate with peers on the management team

Qualifications

* 5+ years in a relevant role
* Degree in Business/relevant area
* 4 years Management Experience
