We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Team Leader to work within our South East Field Sales Teams. This role requires individuals who are self-motivated with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Act as Team Lead for our agents in the Dublin & Leinster region
- Ensure the assigned team hit daily targets
- Training and development of junior agents
- Ensure a high volume of sales and also ensure the sales are all of high quality
- Ensure compliance and company ethics are adhered to

Requirements:
- Door to Door sales experience is essential
- Team Lead experience an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour
- Confident personality backed up with a knowledgeable approach
- The ability to self-manage and work independently but also be a team player
- Representing the company to highest standard
