Our client based in Cobh is looking to hire a permanent Bakery Manager to manage the Bakery Department! Please see duties and requirements for the role below.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsibility for the day to day operation of the bakery
* Supervising and training of your team
* Ensuring high standards of customer service is delivered
* Achieving sales and waste targets
* Adhering to all HACCP procedures and regulations
* Full baking duties and responsibilities.
* Preparing full range of confectioner products including sponge cake and fresh cream products
* Must have a passion for confectioner
* Must have a relevant qualification.
* Must have 1+ years’ experience in the retail sector as a scratch baker.
* Must be an enthusiastic and motivated team player

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous fresh food handling experience in a busy bakery environment
* Scratch baking experience a necessity
* Leadership skills and have the ability to lead a team
* Certified in Food Hygiene and HACCP
* Must be able to work on own initiative.
* Hard working, motivated and dedicated
* Excellent communication & customer service skills.
