Role Purpose:

This role will assist the sales team in the day to day management of all client accounts and maintain and improve customer service levels by providing excellent sales coordination and sales administration 

This role reports to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of sales administration – order processing, maintenance and administration of price files, management and recording of claims 
  • Proactively contribute to the sales order closing process with existing accounts
  • Monitor and coordinate customer satisfaction and complaints
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales team
  • Prepare presentations and collect market data
  • Assist in putting together relevant new product line documentation for account managers and driving the new product line business 
  • Build a positive relationship with all accounts and contribute to good account management by driving solution of day to day customer issues 
  • Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities that may arise in order to achieve the overall purpose and success of the sale team 
  • Becoming fully proficient in all applications used by sales and to be able to eventually, offer training in these systems to other team members 

Key Competencies

  • Fluency in Italian & English
  • Full competency required in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and
  • PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management. You will be expected to organise and manage your time in an efficient and orderly manner to 
  • prioritize tasks
  • Good team player. As part of the sales team you will be expected to work together with your colleagues to maintain and improve customer service levels 
  • Excellent customer relationship skills. You should be courteous and friendly to customers at all times and seek to develop positive relationships both internally and  externally 
  • Actively seek to improve your skills and knowledge on all aspects of the business
  • Ability to work on own initiative to find solutions to day to day issues that arise.
