Administration Position available in a busy, long established, IT Company.
Busy office requires a friendly, self-motivated office assistant. Applicant must be able to work as part of a team, be fully fluent in English and have a good telephone manner. You must have excellent literacy and good numeracy skills and be competent in MS office, Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
Experience in QuickBooks and Sage would also be an advantage.
The role ideally suits someone who likes being part of a rapidly growing team and interacting with staff at all levels. Ideal candidates should also be very organized, self-reliant, self-motivated, and adaptable and be able to work alone using your own initiative and also as part of a team.
Daily tasks include:
· General Office duties.
· Sales/Purchasing Administration.
· Support to the Finance Controller
