Our client a leading Dublin based distributor of Hardware/Gardening product is seeking to recruit a Key Accounts Manager - This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that are focused on growing in an ever changing retail environment: 70% office based 30% travel (including UK travel)

Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

To develop new business in Ireland & UK with a focus on development of e-commence

* To work closely with our current Key Account Managers and Merchandising teams to meet and exceed targets
* To work closely with all of our principles in our large portfolio of Brands and develop our sales channels within this specific categories
* To maintain and develop a promotional programmes aimed at driving volume throughout the year to grow the business
* To work closely with our Purchasing team on new product development and implementation within the market
* To work on excellent category and channel management plans
* Ensure that credit terms are implemented in line with the business
* Develop Point of Sales that assists effect consumer communication
* Utilise McLoughlinsRS IT applications to review, report and support all customers
* Monthly Reporting and Forecasting results
