Our client, a multi-national FMCG company based in Louth, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will develop and manage successful long-term business relationships in order to achieve sales growth. There is a competitive salary on offer as well as an attractive bonus on achievement of agreed KPI’s.
*Regular travel to the UK is required for this role (c.40%)
As a Key Account Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:
· Developing existing accounts by extending product listings and agreeing activities that will deliver growth
· Identifying and developing new business sales opportunities
· Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities that will lead to growth
· Meeting regularly the key customers to build relationships and develop and execute customer specific business plans
· Developing and executing future key account business plans to deliver sales results
· Managing a trade promotional budget for optimal ROI
· Creating insightful presentations to translate sales objectives into customer strategy and business plans
The Individual:
· You will have experience in an Account Management role with the Big 4 retailers in the UK
· You will have excellent customer relationship building skills
· You will have a relevant 3rd level qualification
· You will have strong IT Skills
· You will have a full clean drivers licence and valid passport
· You will have Flexibility to travel (role has expected travel of c.40%)
