Our client, a multi-national FMCG company based in Louth, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager EMEA to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Brand Manager across the EMEA region to implement brand marketing initiatives. There is an attractive salary on offer as well as 10% bonus on achievement of agreed KPI’s.

*This role involves 30-50% overseas travel

As Brand Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Demonstrating leadership capabilities as you drive multiple campaigns and projects, providing guidance of all brand communication and markets development

·         Using stakeholder management skills as you interact with multi-functional local and global teams, local distributors, and agency partners

·         Contributing to meeting the Global Marketing objectives by shaping them in EMEA to enhance, and add value to, the company’s growth and positioning in the region

·         Working with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and The EMEA Commercial Team to develop and execute the marketing plan for EMEA and executing it across our markets 

·         Developing integrated marketing plans, and brilliantly executing consistent communications

·         Ensuring excellence in execution of activation projects – such as sampling, POS activation, Consumer and professional event, digital activities 

·         Being the guardian of the Brand guidelines in all the markets and be the marketing point of contact for the EMEA Markets 

·         Bringing relevant innovations or renovation to market, developing a strong launch campaign and amplifying the activity for maximum impact

·         Leading & ensuring that all ATL and BTL activities are delivered within budget, and that the content and quality of all communications enhance the brand and grow the business in line with brand objectives

·         Setting clear activity objectives and KPIs, monitoring and evaluating activities and making clear recommendations 

·         Adding to continuous process optimization, measuring impact, discovering efficiencies and implementing changes

·         Staying on top of category and market trends and sharing relevant ideas and recommendations with the wider team

 

The Individual:

·         You will have a proven track record in developing brands in a FMCG business environment 

·         You will have experience in project management

·         You will have Budget management experience

·         You will have a relevant 3rd level Degree

·         You will have Stakeholder management experience

·         You will have agency management experience

·         You will have excellent communication and presentation skills

·         You will be highly entrepreneurial, with self-starter and proactive attitude

·         You will have Flexibility to travel (role has expected travel of c.30%)
