We are pairing with a leading business in Co Carlow to recruit for a Retail Sales Assistant for a new business venture they are currently in the process of opening. The focus of the business will be the sale decorative paints to the public and contractors.

Candidate Profile:

* A passion for colour, creativity
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi task between retail functions and warehousing tasks
* Sales experience in a customer- facing environment
* Ability to achieve KPIS
* Enthusiastic and Motivated
* Team Player

Duties to include:

* Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
* Identify new customers and maintain relationships
* Operating the checkout
* Advising customers on the best paint products to use,
* Warehousing duties will also be a part of this position eg: Stocking pallets,shelves
* Mixing paints

Extensive training will be given on product range and technical support provided

Must have a full driving licence
