Our client, a luxury Hotel group, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Hotel Sales Management, who has experience networking with Clients and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed targets.

As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Managing all sales and marketing activities within the marketing department

·         Developing sales plans to meet and exceed Room, MICE and Revenue targets

·         Developing new business

·         Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients

·         Conducting market research to fully know your competitors

·         Updating the website with relevant news / promotions / content to reflect and in line with other business activity

·         Developing content marketing plan for the company website and search engines

The Successful Candidate:

·         You will have 5+ years’ experience in a proactive Sales and Marketing Manager role in a Hotel

·         You have a relevant 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing and Sales/ Business

·         You have excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·         You have excellent relationship building skills, and have a network of industry contacts

·         You have the ability to lead, grow and develop a sales team

·         You have strong knowledge of Social Media channels
