THE COMPANY: An innovator in their field, our client is a highly successful, national provider of high-end structural steel products and accessories. With the increasing demand for their high-quality products, they are now looking for a specification sales rep to cover and develop the Irish market.
THE ROLE: The successful specification sales rep will be responsible for increasing and developing the client�€™s footprint within the Irish market. This will entail meeting and selling to architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, civil engineering companies. The role is predominately new business focused, and you will have support from, and report to the sales manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very reputable organisation who have worked on some of the most iconic projects in Ireland and the UK, and to develop the Irish market for them. There is genuine career progression on offer for the right individual.
THE CANDIDATE: The client is looking for somebody who has 5+ years selling through specification into the construction sector, and who has a proven track-record in the successful selling to the target market. Preference will be given to those with a strong knowledge of structural steel products.
You will be confident in your ability to sell and generate new business, whilst also being able to develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers and contractors alike. The candidate must also be a strong team player, with the interest of the company at heart.

* Basic salary: €50,000 - €60,000
