Slaney Farms Produce Ltd in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford is an established brand name for horticulture products with an incredible reputation as a supplier of high quality potatoes, vegetables and fresh fruit selling to retail multiples such as Tesco, Supervalu and convenience stores around the country.

We are now looking to recruit a Full Time Sales Administrator to join our busy team with an immediate start.   The ideal applicant will be a friendly, enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude to deliver superior and efficient customer care. The role is office based at Slaney Farms which is located outside Enniscorthy town.

Key duties:

•   Record and communicate all sales orders and invoices to the Slaney Farms team in a timely and efficient manner.

•   Maintain and grow our relationship with current customers by responding to and answering all sales related queries by email and telephone.

•   Support the management and field staff to allow prompt and efficient deliveries of orders to our customer base.

•   Undertake a wide range of sales-related administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our sales function.

•   Provide bookkeeping support to our Accounts Department.

 Minimum Experience Required:

•       Experience in Sales & Customer Service (min 2 year’s experience)

•       Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office & Sage Accounting Software or similar.

•       Organised, accurate with strong documentation and analytic skills.

•       Passionate about sales, quality and customer service

•       Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.

•       Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
