Boasting a successful portfolio of beauty and cosmetics brands, our client is on a mission to help men and women across the world look and feel great. They are now looking for a Sales Executive to join their team at their head office just outside Belfast.
As a Sales Executive, you will be ready and eager for a new challenge in telesales. You’ll be working with our client’s existing salon and spa clients, increasing revenue and seeking out new sales opportunities.
Selling from a portfolio of products, which includes award-winning brands and newly launched products, you will be happy to commit time, manage your own workload and take a creative approach to your work. The company is gearing up for rapid growth so there are challenging targets to achieve but incredible rewards and the potential to progress for those who can achieve them.
Specifically, you will sell from a range of beauty products, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, proactively identify and follow-up opportunities and provide support to the Field Sales Team.
Interested? If so, you will need:
- At least two years’ sales experience
- Lead generation experience and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A good general level computer literacy including skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Articulate, friendly and focused, as a Sales Executive, you will need to be organised, enthusiastic and ready to work to targets. The ability to operate within a fast-paced environment will be key, as will a commercially savvy attitude and a self-starting mentality.
Experience gained within the beauty industry would be beneficial to your application.
