THE COMPANY: Established for over 4 decades and with a workforce of over 50 in Ireland, this indigenous company is currently recruiting for a new Business Development Executive. They sell dairy and food processing ingredients into food and beverage manufacturing plants, dealing at procurement, operational and board level. You will spend much of your time managing existing accounts although will also be charged with new business development activities, working from an excellent database and your own networks.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will arrive with a strong track record of field sales and an in-depth knowledge of the food industry, preferably from the functional food ingredients sector. You will be focused, well presented and organised, with the ability to work from your own initiative and travel extensively throughout Ireland and the UK. A degree in a technical or food science subject is highly beneficial, and you will benefit from an excellent uncapped commission scheme.

THE PACKAGE:

* Basic Salary - €35,000 - €45,000
* Commission- €15,000 Uncapped

LOCATION: Commutable to Cork – with extensive travel throughout Ireland and the UK
