Our business model is based around 3 key pillars - Memberships, Advertising and Trade Events and due to recent rapid growth across the business we are now in a position to recruit professionals across Admin, Customer Care, Account Management, Event Management and Sales.
The Customer Care role will require the successful candidate to take full responsibility for a pool of 150 - 200 active paying customers along with servicing an additional 100 - 200 non paying companies with the view to encouraging them back to a fee paying member on the trading platform. The position is office based with options of international travel. The primary function is making outbound calls, speaking with customers on a daily basis to satisfy a number of KPI’s including member trade activity, feedback activity and collecting renewals payments when companies enter the renewal period. There are options to up sell and maximize your monthly commissions based on advertising sales and event sales.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, driven individual that is looking to expand their experience and grow a career in an internationally focused company. Any customer care or account management experience is advantageous, but any individual who is aggressive and has a good business mind is welcome to apply. The position does not require any technical knowledge, but the candidate will need to develop an understanding of the Mobile Phone Distribution Market to fully service their clients. Training on the gsmExchange.com platform is provided, so basic computer knowledge is all that is required.
