The Business Development Manager position presents a great career opportunity to develop the continued growth of the company. The role is primarily new business selling our new to market bespoke Energy solutions package across a full range of business sectors.

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the National Sales Manager and the main duties will include:

Identifying target customers in different market sectors within their region
Self-generating new business opportunities through phone calls & appointments
Preparing & Presenting the new bespoke smart Energy system for business
Working in line with the companies KPIs
Weekly monitoring, reporting and the production of all sales information
Provide feedback and information on campaigns to ensure improvements in processes
Inputting new customer details onto the CRM system
Working with our operation teams to ensure our customers enjoy a best of class customer experience
Attending when necessary events & exhibitions which may include evenings & weekends
Skills Required

Great personality & team player
A proven successful sales track record in B2B sales
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
CRM use and understanding
Word & PowerPoint knowledge
Knowledge of the Energy market a desirable but not essential

40-45k + commission (OTE up to 90k), company car, 23 days holiday, laptop and many more benefits
