Property Sales Manager

Our client, a semi state body, has engaged the services of FRS Recruitment. Due to recent expansion, a Property Sales Manager positon has become available within our client’s organisation or the West of Ireland.

Role

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, focused individual to take their career to the next level. The role is multifaceted and will involve land site acquisition and property disposal. The right candidate will have the ability to negotiate terms with landowners, have previous experience in dealing with council in relation to planning & legal issues.

Responsibilities

* Be the relationship manager for property sales and acquisitions
* Full responsibility for the control of the property sales pipeline
* Manage case preparation and recommendations for responsible property sales projects
* Overseeing the implementation of the process for property sales projects.
* Prepare impact assessment for property sales projects and manage to completion.

Requirements

* HETAC Level 7 qualification in business (or related discipline) or equivalent relevant experience
* Strong business acumen with keen commercial sense
* Possesses a self-confident sales ethos
* Has excellent negotiation skills
* Diligent and meticulous in customer dealings
* Possesses excellent interpersonal skill set
* Full clean driving licence
* Flexibility is key, as travel will be required in the role
