Software (SaaS) Inside Sales Representative

Salary: DOE. Basic €32k + commission

The Candidate

  • Experience with marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of closing sales over the phone
  • Experience of generating new business with existing customers
  • Conveying technical information to customers
  • Proven organisational and administrative ability
  • Previous experience with a SaaS company

The Role
Showcasing features of software to clients that helps them grow their business (indirect selling), not by aggressive selling techniques.
The role focuses on educating and helping existing customers to grow their business through recurring revenue features by applying indirect selling techniques. These features are Online Booking, branded App's, SMS & Email Marketing, and a unique Loyalty system. 
  • Explaining the benefits of online booking
  • Providing clients with expert marketing advice in your area
  • Providing stats and industry trends
  • Implement creative ways to improve marketing and communication with clients
  • Work with Development team to resolve issues and product improvement
  • Be a key player in a team that achieves and consistently exceeds monthly targets 

This role is in an area which is hugely important to the future growth of our client. It is a real opportunity for someone who wants to develop this into a more senior position in the future.

Skillset
  • You have sales experience and can showcase that you understand indirect selling techniques. 
  • You are an opportunist and have demonstrated a willingness to try new approaches to business
  • You are client focussed, and put the client’s needs at the centre of all your business decisions
  • You are a fantastic communicator and can easily communicate technical information simply
  • You are tech savvy and take an active interest in technology and new tech trends
  • You are ambitious and driven to achieving targets
