The Area Sales Executive will be a key member of the team as they strive to achieve growth targets which will enable them to fulfil the ambitions of the organisations strategy. This will be achieved by providing current and prospective customers with a high quality service and supplying them with the finest quality products.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3yrs experience in Engineering Product Sales with experience in the Automotive sector being an advantage
- Ability to identify and execute sales opportunities.
- Experience in developing effective customer/business relationships.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivational skills.
- Excellent customer and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work in a team structure.
- Be highly organised and a proven ability to work on their own initiative.
- Full clean driving licence.

The duties of the Area Sales Executive are as follows:
- Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner
- Planning and organising daily work schedule
- Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships
- Identify and resolve customers concerns
- Providing technical information and explanations
- Arranging and carrying out product training
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
- Provide high quality service by selling our products and meeting customer needs.
- Develop customer accounts by analysing their buying history, suggesting new/related items
- Liaise effectively with the Sales Office and other Team Members
- Follow up for collection of outstanding accounts
- With internal support develop and update knowledge of our products and products of Competitors
- Assist in the implementation of Company marketing plans as needed.
