* Line Management of two field based Sales Managers
* Lead and mentor your team to ensure they achieve all KPI’s
* Responsibility for Key Account Management
* Liaise with builders, merchants, architects and engineers
* Carry-out merchant and site visits
* Generate Steel Lintels and Roof Window orders
* Sales and activity reporting

Requirements:

* A minimum 2 years People Management experience
* A proven track record in Construction Product sales
* Builders Merchant experience (preferable but not essential)
* Focused on Customer Service
* Good organisational skills
* Target driven & ambitious
* Excellent communication skills
* Selling to builders and specifiers
* Driving Licence is essential
