Temporary Support Administrator

My client a Public Semi State Support organisation is seeking a temporary support administrator for an initial 2 month period.
The administrator can be based in Monaghan or Galway offices.
This role would suit a polished administrator with in depth experience in CRM systems, Sharepoint and IT Support administration to different sections in the business.

Duties

* Responding to external ticket queries through client services and acting on same.
* Working on sub projects sending relevant documents, gathering information and saving forms into Sharepoint for new user logins.
* Issuing user policies with relevant documents and follow up with same.
* Other admin tasks as required.

There will be training provided in the role.

Ideal candidate

* Excellent ICT/Systems experience.
* CRM experience and Sharepoint.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic.
* Work in a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
