COLM QUINN “Your Home for BMW” are the only authorised BMW Retail and Repair Centre for the Midlands and Mid-West. As a result of strong demand from BMW customers, we are seeking a career orientated Sales Executive to join our growing team here in Athlone.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for every aspect of the sales process, understanding customers’ needs and wants while also demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight. You will retain responsibility for your customer throughout the tenure of their relationship with Colm Quinn BMW. You will need to be an expert on every model in the range, an ambassador for the brand and the face of Colm Quinn BMW. 

Responsibilities include:

·     Selling new and used vehicles complying with the BMW sales process.

·     Achieving profit for the business in the most effective way.

·     Delivering a five-star service and customer experience at all times.

·     Working effectively with all other key personnel within our retail centre.

·     Accurately carrying out appraisals for all vehicles for part exchange.

·     Constantly creating new sales opportunities for both new and used vehicles.

·     Managing the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers.

·     Following-up and maintaining regular contact with all new and existing customers.

·     Developing and maintaining full product knowledge of all products, prices and accessories.

·     Ensuring all customer information, sales activities and vehicle documentation are maintained.

·     Assisting with the planning of sales campaigns and promotions.

·     Demonstrating strong communication skills and immaculate presentation.
