IRC have partnered with a new and exciting client based in Galway City. We are looking for a Hotel Manager for my client’s location in Galway City.
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all departments.
Your Main Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel and ensure the smooth operation of all departments.
* Develop a strategic plan for the hotel in collaboration with company leadership.
* Monitor sales and revenue to assess goal accomplishments and adjust strategies as needed.
* Devise strategies to maximize hotel performance and control costs.
* Ensure the highest standard of customer service is consistently provided to all guests.
* Maintain staffing levels to ensure uninterrupted guest service.
* Maintain a regular presence throughout the hotel, overseeing daily operations and interacting with guests.
* Monitor guest experience and benchmark service levels against competitors.
* Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
* Direct and motivate the team to create a positive work culture and high-performing teams.
* Improve guest relations and hotel ranking on review platforms.
* Mentor and guide department heads and supervisors to achieve targets and goals.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by company leadership.
Your Profile:
* Previous experience as a Hotel Manager is required.
* Proven track record of people management and leadership.
* Ability to multi-task and take a hands-on approach.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven track record of successful hotel management.
