Our client, a worldwide leader in Fleet Services, is looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager based in Dublin on a permanent basis.

This role is offered as hybrid.

Your new role:
You will be an experienced New Business hunter with a successful track record and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be selling fleet services vehicle rental solutions to the business community. You should have strong connections within the B2B segment in Ireland and be comfortable negotiating at all levels of seniority across the business spectrum.

Your main duties and responsibilities:
Manage partner sales activities to generate revenue and increase brand awareness.
Analyse trends to develop effective sales plans.
Establish strong business relationships and sales pipelines through meetings with key decision makers.
Identify new opportunities within existing contacts and marketing leads.
Create customer proposals and enhance brand recognition within the business community.
Source and manage sales leads from various sources.
Manage and develop pipelines using Salesforce CRM.
Promote all service offerings, gaining deep knowledge of the client base.
Translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Keep managers informed with daily and weekly reports through CRM.
Develop expertise in the organisation's services and the car rental industry.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

The skills and attributes you will require:
Strong Field Sales/Channel experience is a necessity
Educated to degree level in a business-related field preferable
Experience of using SalesForce is a strong advantage
Previous experience in car rental/car sales preferable
Proven track record of success in winning new sales
The ability to cold-call and generate new business will be essential
Proven negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
