Due to continuted expansion and sales growth, Express Spares, the Clutch and Flywheel specialists are looking to hire a Parts Sales Executive to become a vital part of our team and help sustain our growth. Our Sales Executive will work in a busy trade environment and ideally have worked in a similar role previously.

Parts Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Team Leader

Job Purpose

To provide a high standard of front line customer service coupled with excellent product knowledge to create a great experience for customers and to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Developing relationships with new & existing customers to lead to increased sales.

Delivering excellent customer service and engaging customers to support a culture of customer service and selling.

Possessing good product knowledge to enable you to effectively communicate with customers to be able to sell, upsell and cross-sell.

Readily engaging in tasks given by the management team and ensuring they are completed on time and according to plan.

Skills & Qualifications Required

The applicant should have an understanding of our product ranges; clutch, hydraulics, flywheel, automatic transmission components and oils, tools as well as car parts in general.

Full clean driving licence.

Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and enjoys engaging with people with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work towards and achieve individual sales targets, with a proven track record of this.

Account management skills and experience are desirable.

Excellent IT skills, previous experience in the use of Fuse5 (Rev Parts Management) or similar would be desirable, as well as TecDoc, Partslink24 and other similar softwares.

Able to work under pressure and being able to work using own initiative as well as part of a team with a professional and motivated attitude.
