Our client, an innovative educational technology company, is now seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis in Dublin.
The role is offered as hybrid.
Your new role:
You will seek out new opportunities to increase the organisations national footprint by meeting and exceeding internal targets and expectations. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will utilise your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with decision-makers in the education sector. You will effectively demonstrate the value and benefits of our online learning platform, highlighting its unique features and customisation options to meet the specific needs of each institution.
Your responsibilities:
Build direct relationships with schools across Ireland
Proactively seek out new opportunities to increase the national footprint
Regularly engage with new and existing schools
Impact the Go-To-Market strategy
Able to function in a sales environment with a heavy focus on fostering, developing, and nurturing relationships with schools
Be able to close
Report and forecast your sales pipeline to management
Effectively communicate and respond to schools’ needs and requests
Maintain a deep knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, product specifications, and possible new products
Information gathering, asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and closing the business
Schedule demos with prospective schools
Achieve and exceed KPIs
What you should have:
You are fluent in English and are a strong, confident, and exacting communicator.
You care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about sales and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
You are a self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer adoption.
You have a full clean driving licence and are happy to travel nationally most weeks.
Bonus points if:
You are familiar with or have previous experience with the Irish Education system.
You have a c�pla focal as Gaeilge.
You have previously worked in the Education Industry.
You have previously worked in sales for an enterprise software platform or in a dynamic start-up environment.
