Other responsibilities will include: Sourcing & headhunting IT professionals in your market Generating new business through research of your own & cold calling Building rapport with your clients & candidates Creating & advertising jobs Speaking with candidates over the phone & arranging for your clients to interview your candidates Understand your client's needs Who are we looking for?
