* Leading Renewal Retention & New Business for Account Managers
* Direct Renewal Retention & New Business in respect of Unit Portfolio
* Processing Mid Term Adjustments
* Claims Management
* Knowledge in Commercial Lines Products Essential
* Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
* Operate Relay Systems proficiently
* Adhere to strict Central Bank regulations/guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

* CIP qualified/ Grandfathered and CPD Compliant.
