Junior Graphic Designer Requirements Degree/academic background in graphic design / related field or qualified by experience with a portfolio available. Experience in design, digital, print and animation for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign). Ability to adhere to brand guidelines but also look for areas of improvement. Creative flair with a strong eye for detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Good knowledge of print process Great communication across all stakeholders. The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities Collaborating with the leadership team and also externally to develop and implement compelling marketing strategies. Building and maintaining social media presence with idea generation and content creation to support and develop the social media calendar. Maintenance and development of company website and e-commerce platform with attention to SEO and using information gained from Google Analytics. Designing marketing materials such as brochures, clogs, flyers, newsletters, and posters. Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration on promotional activities.
