Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Belfast / Dunmurry Hours of Work- Salary and Benefits: Salary £23k- £25k Dep on experience. Employment Type- Permanent - Full time hours- Office Based The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful provider of Vehicle Solutions. They are keen to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team in their Dunmurry Office. This is a cross functional role working closely with Sales team and Finance Department. Providing assistance to the Sales team to generate contract hire sales and achieve sales targets. The Right role: Daily sales activity meeting Generate customer quotes, new vehicle pricing, Tender pricing Manage the vehicle order process from order confirmation to delivery and drawdown of funds: new vehicle order coordination, logistics planning, stock coordinating, vehicle handovers, appraisals, liaising with Dealers, Manufacturers, customers and drivers Prepare documentation to meet finance company approval (BCH, PCH, HP, Fleet Management) Submitting reports: stock, pricing, quotations, daily tasks, managing of Salesforce activity Coordination of customer queries, handling email and phone inquiries Maintaining documents, records and archives The Right Fit: Previous experience in a similar role Good communication skills and ability to manage your time Persistence. Able to finish tasks despite challenges and resistance People-orientated High level of organisational skills
