Job Title: Sales and marketing

Furlong Flooring would be nowhere without its successful sales team. We’re seeking an internal sales representative to help sell the products that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.

Responsibilities

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service.

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to demonstrate this to customers.

Internal Sales in our Showrooms and Trade counter

Sales administration

General office duties

Assist with marketing and merchandizing.

Required skills and qualifications.

Two or more years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Good IT skills

Trade Counter experience would be of benefit but not necessary.
