About the role

Join us as our first Senior go-to-market hires on the team, where you will take ownership and drive Yonder's many demand creation and generation strategies at certain times. A core responsibility will be creating and validating our outbound motion toward SMBs and Scales-ups to be an efficient and core pillar of our go-to-market. In addition to building out the core fundamentals of our outbound motion, you will have the opportunity to grow the team as we scale - from BDRs and account execs to growth marketers and partnership leads - we expect you to play a part.

What You'll Do

As the GTM Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

Founding strategies: You'll work alongside the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan; our focus is on both high-volume and high-touch outbound sales motions, building partnerships and supporting content strategy - all as core engines of our growth - we see this role initially focusing on building our sales engine.

Drive pipeline: You'll take ownership of growing our pipeline for others to close, with aggressive KPIs on qualified booked demos, and develop the processes that will be fundamental to the next year's demand creation motions.

Collaborating on top of funnel: Ideate and execute new top-of-funnel campaigns or loops designed to drive demand and warm up leads.

Build a team: As we grow, you will help to build and manage a high-performing GTM team to complement our levers and drive revenue growth internationally.

Owning your KPIs: We're ambitious, but our targets are achievable -you'll take ownership of your area of responsibility as you grow into the role.

About you

You're hyper-ambitious, confident in your ability and love taking ownership

5+ years experience in the go-to-market function, like building sales or marketing functions or growth

You've either built or have been a core part of building out a successful GTM process in a seed+ venture-backed startup

Driven by data, you know the impact data has on revenue and you have built GTM processes and models that rely on data at scale to make decisions

You obsess over new ways to scale and unlock growth, and you're constantly thinking of different levers and tactics to experiment and validate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
