Our client, a multi-national logistics company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team based in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be a target driven, self motivated individual and must have a minimum of 3 years industry sales experience. A full, clean driving license is required for this role.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Industry sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Full, clean driving license

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set number of customer visits per week to gain new business
- Lead Generation
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to acquire sales/feedback.
- Calculate rates and prepare proposals for presentations
- Work as part of a Sales Team; prepare quotes and book up shipments for all customers
- Prepare Reports weekly/monthly for Sales Manager.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to quotations in a timely manner.
- Time Management – plan day/week/month with efficiency
- Providing solutions for time/temperature sensitive shipments
Skills/Experience required:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational and monitoring skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as working effectively with a team.
- Need to have freight experience.
