Job Purpose:

The Sales Consultant will assist the Branch Manager in driving day to day sales growth within the branch, embrace sales initiatives across their region, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.

Job Responsibilities:

 Embrace sales campaigns, and generate leads for the sales team

 Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standards

 Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day

 Maintain professional standards of product knowledge

 Achieve and maintain stock levels and availability,

 Carrying out inspections and testing of equipment before and after each hire to ensure equipment reliable and safe

 Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes

 Represent the company and values (“HSSness”) of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.

 Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front

 Ensure location is maintained to our 360◦ brand

 Carry out other tasks and duties as required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:

 Sales experience in a fast paced environment

 Exceptional customer service experience

 Strong communication skills

 Negotiation skills

 Knowledge of local markets

 Driving license preferred but not essential
