Internal Sales Manager
* Developing and implementing effective and efficient business plans to deliver on strategy
* Lead from the front, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring that the company as a whole meets or exceeds those standards
* Set specific operational / effectiveness goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
* Prepare annual business plans, aligning with Heads of Department
* Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work is progressed effectively & efficiently with a focus on engagement and experience
* Undertake regular performance reviews with the team, Providing effective leadership to motivate your team
* Through reviews and feedback, identify appropriate development, training, and growth opportunities
* Effectively manage the team to ensure sales & conversion targets are met; service levels are delivered; and optimum productivity is achieved
* Embed training and process change within the team, ensuring consistency and accurate delivery
Education and Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in a leadership or management role, within a contact centre environment
* Demonstrable People and Team Management, Development & Growth experience
* Knowledge of CRM & Customer Engagement tools, processes & methodologies (inbound & outbound)
* Outstanding organisational and time management & people development skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Demonstrate strong customer service/customer experience background.
